This moody Spanish language film has Javier Bardem dealing with life, death, and his own integrity. It's a long, dark, and depressing story filled with strife, back stabbers, and hustlers. No, it's not a comedy! Despite the incredible performances by Javier Bardem and Maricel Alvarez this over plotted script loses much of the message I think it's trying to send. In my opinion if they stuck to the supernatural part of the plot it would have made for a very different film, but that's just me.
To See or Not to See? Sure, give it a shot

What's good: The acting performances from the whole cast
What sucks: How you feel afterwards
GOSSIP: Ten years ago, a stranger in a disco asked Javier Bardem his name, when Javier replied, the man punched him in the face for no apparent reason, breaking his nose. Um, he still looks good to me!
